The barrier lit up in a flash of light waking Star up from her slumber, she moved to the window to check what was out there. Taking a deep breath she looked out to see a woman caressing the air almost like she was touching a wall. She woke up her mates and they headed downstairs, both men walked up to the barrier hackles raised.
"What do you want demon?" Will spoke addressing the woman, her smile was overly large teeth ending in sharp points. She grimaced at him, looking distastefully at the blonde vampire.
"I don't seek an audience with you, new life can't come from the dead." She turned her crimson eyes towards the witch, "I seek an audience with the Vessel of the Goddess."
"You smell like the sea, what are you?" The wolf growled low in his throat the question came out as a deep rumbl
