“Why didn't you brief me before we arrived here?” Charlie turns to his mother immediately the duo leave. “At least I'd have come prepared!”
Lucia looks at him in pity.
“I'm sorry dear. I knew you wouldn't have believed me now that your precious father was involved.”
“When did you all know that Natalie's kid wasn't mine?”
“Last week. I had a DNA performed after I found your father and Natalie making out in his study.”
“What?” Charlie gasps. “So Natalie started sleeping with my father even before I started...” he stops midway and faces me. “Forget it. I need to leave!” He says and stands up to leave.
“Wait for me, let's leave together.” Lucia says as she picks her handbag and stands to leave. “Enjoy yourselves dear ones and thank you for everything. We shall keep in touch!” she
