Talia’s Point of View Asher was turning out to be something of a gentleman today as we walked into the restaurant. Even in his state of ire, he held the door open for me and gestured for me to walk ahead of him. For a brief moment I’d thought of the way Asher had made me walk in front of him in the forest last night, and my cheeks blushed a little pink. In his mind, ahead of him was a way of keeping me safe and even I couldn’t debate how sweet of him that was. I’m going to buy you dinner.
