Talia’s Point of View Asher Hale was sitting at my dining table, joining my family for a cheerful morning breakfast. Name a bigger nightmare, I dare you. It didn’t help that my brother’s had caught word of the drama already too. Usually they would have stayed in bed longer and missed breakfast all together, but instead they had both appeared at this morning’s table, wide eyed and shocked as Asher took a seat across from them. With all the spots at the table already claimed, I had no choice but to slide into the seat next to Asher. That didn’t mean I was making any effort to hide the scowl on my face though. In fact, I welcomed it. I wanted Asher to know I wasn’t exactly pleased about his presence here. I mean, hadn’t he gotten the point last night? Hadn’t he already tormented me enough
