     “Hera!”  I turned, looking over my shoulder for what felt like it might have been the millionth time, but the difference was that this time, there was actually someone behind me, for Marcel had finally decided to come after me. I wasn’t sure why I was feeling so relieved by his appearance, relieved by the fact that he had actually come, that he cared enough to come and that he hadn’t just sat in my bedroom and waited for me to come back.  But of course I didn’t stop walking.
