"An email arrived from the ivory moon pack a few weeks ago," he says. My blood goes cold. I take a deep breath and ask.

"They had two vampire and rogue attacks, all in three months," he informs me. A shiver goes down my body. Rogue attacks were not rare in packs and were easily defeated because they were not as strong as pack werewolves. However, vampire attacks seldom happened, especially in the royal city. So, why are they attacking? And why the Ivory Moon Pack? My mind is reeling. Are the vampires trying to attack the royal city, and Ivory Moon just happened to be in the city's borders?
