He is leaning against his seat, giving me a long look. I shut the door and sit directly opposite him, placing my bag on the mahogany desk. “Has time been changed and I didn’t get the memo?” he starts. “So 8 means 8.30 these days?” He props his elbows on the table and leans towards me.
