My bedroom door opens and Ed steps in with a huge smirk on his face.
“There is my future wife!” He says excitedly and jumps on the bed with a chuckle.
“Are you always high?” I ask and place a necklace around my neck. “What about this one?” I ask Samantha who is helping me get ready for the big dinner. Those are mum's words not mine.
“I wouldn’t go with that and nope. I'm not high. Just excited about our relationship. Been trying to get you for long without any success.”
“And you will keep on trying.” I walk to the closet and look at the one of the drawers.
“I can’t seem to get a hold of a necklace. How about I go down without any?”
“I prefer when my future wife is in a necklace.” He jumps off the bed and joins me in the walk-in closet.
