Zara’s POV I kneel down beside him, tugging out supplies before ripping his shirt open and assessing the wound, blood is flowing from a bullet hole roughly an inch under his right shoulder. ‘It’s ok’ I mutter, tearing open a packet of gauze with my teeth and pressing it to the wound. ‘It’s through your shoulder, clean, we just need to stem the bleeding.’ The boy nods, fear in his eyes as he looks up at me while I work as quickly as I can.
