Leo watches the three women closely, noticing Ale and Maria’s resemblance, though not as noticeable as Candy's. However, there are some parts of Ale’s face that emphasize Maria’s features.
And on top of that, Maria’s treatment of Ale was way more exceptional. The fact that Maria has a bigger possibility that she was Candy’s mother, yet she neglected her, and took care of Ale instead.
