Camping Out

  It only took me about thirty minutes to hike to the clearing. then another twenty to set the tent up. It was just a small two-person tent, so there wasn't really much to it. I found a young maple tree that I could easily cut down with the small axe I'd brought with me, so I cut it down to use for firewood. It wasn't a big tree by any means, but it was big enough that I'd have firewood for a few days.    When we'd checked the location on Google Earth, one thing that had caught our attention was the small mountain stream about a half mile from it. I was, as agreed on with Alpha Nelson, about a mile from their western border, meaning I would've had to walk east to get to the border.
