    I was doing the happy dance as I went to pack up my campsite. Finally, after all those long months, I felt like we were getting somewhere. Finally, we had a chance to infiltrate the rogues. All my life, I'd waited for this. Not infiltrating rogues, obviously, but the chance to take down the snake that had rejected my mother. I couldn't wait to end his miserable life, but first I wanted to see him squirm. He needed to pay for what he'd done, not only to my mother and me, but to the she-wolves he and his group of rogues had taken and sold or worse.
