I think for a few seconds my brain just froze. All I could do was blankly stare at the woman in front of me. Mechanically, like a bloody robot, I opened and closed my mouth to find some response to this insane, most unexpected and shocking revelation of my life and yet all I could find was...nothing.
"Speak something!" Noel was the first to recover. "Or I will."
"What did you say?" I finally exclaimed and, to be honest, a few heads did turn in our direction.
