Samara had trouble sleeping that night, and when she did, she had strange dreams. She was out on the moors, a warm breeze brushing against her skin and making her nerves tingle. She felt a strange sensation stirring in her, a kind of heat, building up. She didn't know whether she was excited or anxious, but as she put her hand on her neck she woke up. Samara opened her eyes to see a figure hovering over her. Long, silky hair draped over her, smelling of lavender and charcoal. Samara felt a warm spot on her neck, slightly damp, and it was at this that Samara tried to struggle but felt no energy in her body to do so.
