For a moment, Enrique just stared at me and didn’t say a word, and then he prepared to leave. It was obvious he didn’t believe the words I told him. I should be pleased that his loyalty belonged to Tyler Madrigal, but I had some doubts inside my head.
“Sit down, Ken,” I commanded him to take a seat, and he narrowed his eyes at me. “You are aware that I am gay, right?”
“Of course,” he replied.
“That’s good to hear, well, sometimes, I love to dress like a woman, and when I do, I go by the name of Ava,” I told him in the simplest way possible. When I looked at his eyes, there was confusion in them. I waited for him to speak or to react, but he didn’t. He remained speechless, and I began to worry.
“So, all this time, you made me believe that Ava was a different person,” he said.
