They had been together for almost twenty years. Blake and Xavier were now in twenties and thirties but hadn't aged over 25 and seemingly a passible 17-21 depending on the fake. When they awoke from their sleep the next morning after their first night they had been visited by the fates.
The grey skinned, dead eyed women had looked at them before rasping out their prophecy. At first they didn't want to believe it, but then Blake's deceased father had left him bonds and stocks for him. They stopped aging.
