Fenris could feel the change in him. He could feel the shadows, the darkness around him like a blanket. It was calm, and peaceful, but he knew it wouldn't always feel that way. When Blake had pulled him into his room and talked with him, he couldn't stop the rapid fire questions.
"How am I supposed to live like this? Does this have to change things between me and Peyton? Do I have a bunch of mates too? What will I do in the future if I never die?"
