Lena sat at the long conference table her fingers drumming lightly against the polished surface. The air was tense, heavy with unspoken concerns. Across from her, Grayson leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, his expression unreadable. “The police are currently on the tail of whoever broke into both our offices,” Grayson said, his voice calm but firm. “Meanwhile, we’ll continue the project using the online files we have. We won’t be meeting physically again for now.
