When Lena arrived back at her company, her heart finally felt a little lighter. She walked through the hallway, her heels clicking softly against the tiles. Some workers were still at their desks, typing away or chatting quietly as they finished their tasks for the day. "Good afternoon, Ma'am," one of the workers greeted, giving a small bow. Lena smiled, waving a little. "Good afternoon. Keep up the good work." Another worker peeked up from her computer. "Welcome back, Ma'am. How did it go?" Lena paused for a second, her lips tugging into a gentle smile. "It went well, thank you," she said, her voice warm. The worker’s face brightened. "That’s a relief! We were all hoping for the best."
