I was losing my daughter... my wolf Echo was hurting too. He hated seeing her this hurt, and he wanted to rip Jamie to shreds, but he knew that that would only make matters worse. If we did that, she would lose all her humanity, and we would never get her back. She would kill me for sure. I needed to do something fast...
"Where are you going?"
Lily asked me as I was leaving.
"I am going to try and find out what that guy really wants."
