Michael excused himself and waited out the front for the Uber to take him to the garage.
He wondered what her ex would do if he knew about Della having a baby and how Micheal felt about her. He didn't want Xavier anywhere near Della. He had promised her more than once that nobody would hurt her and she was safe with him. Having her move in with him meant that he could easily keep an eye on her and have her protected at all times.
