Outside Alley and Nixie's room, I came to a standstill and my eyes widened when I heard noises inside. 'What the hell happened? Is there a fight going on?'
Curious, I pushed my ear to the door leaf and eavesdropped.
"Hon, hurry up. Harder. Yes, like that!"
My entire body flushed bright crimson as I heard those words, realizing what they were doing. Before I could stop myself, I loudly banged on the door to interrupt them. "You immoral hounds!" Could you just turn down the volume a little? Good gracious!" I yelled at them.
"Luna is no doubt envious, babe," Alley said to his girlfriend, laughing.
My mouth dropped open. 'What is that ass talking about? Me? Envious?' Goosebumps ran down my spine and I snickered. Maybe I should leave them alone before they unnerve me any further.
