Kassian nodded, and as if no other word was needed, he stepped out. Tessandra glanced towards her cousin but, as she had guessed, they needed a minute alone. She grabbed Sabael's hand and pulled him outside, leaving Cessilia with Ashen. She turned to him.
"...Will you be alright?"
He smiled, and caressed her cheek.
"Yes. I promise. I have been preparing myself for this... It's about time I faced your Father again. I do not want to make you wait any longer for me."
