I stared at Lisa’s message, my blood running cold. 'Saw Jordan at your place again. Everything okay?' My fingers hovered above the screen, unsure what to say. The air still smelled like him, and my legs ached from how he’d taken me. But now, it was time to face reality. Say something casual, I told myself. Something that makes sense.
