Chapter 10: The Last Round Jenny Ethan was drunk. Slouched in the armchair, shirt unbuttoned, eyes dazed. The bottle of whiskey sat half-empty on the floor, his grip loose and lazy. “You think you’re done with me?” he slurred, pointing at me. “No. I want you again.” I stayed still on the couch, watching him.
