"I can't believe this is actually happening," Lea muttered. She turned and faced Eloise. "Is this good enough for me?"
Eloise's tears welled up in her eyes. She grabbed Leah's hands and held them tightly. "I know, one day you will shine like this and your light will not go out because someone is protecting you."
Lea smiled. "Thank you for coming, Eloise. I really appreciate it."
Eloise wiped the wet corners of her eyes. "This is my honor. After all, I am only human. To be able to see a ceremony like this is an honor for me."
Lea and Eloise turned to the door at the same time, when they heard someone knocking on the door, then Shaira's and Shery's heads appeared.
