"Dad, why can't I reach Mommy?" Luke asked nervously. "I want to talk to her."
Jayden saw Lea who had just stepped into the bathroom. "Mommy's busy son. She has auditions until tonight," Jayden answered carefully.
"I miss her," Luke complained again. "When are you guys coming home? It's been over a week since you two were gone."
"We'll be right back after Mommy's work is done, son, don't worry. We miss you too."
Jayden ended talking to Luke and when Lea came out of the bathroom he told her about the call.
