(Akshaya's VOC) I opened the refrigerator in the kitchen as I'm hungry like a horse . I'm thankful enough that the company has provided all the team with residential allowances on twin sharing basis. I'm supposed to share the company's apartment with Sapna. She's from Delhi and a fun filled energy bomb. She is the perfect combining of beauty with brains. I was too exhausted that I wanted to jump onto my bed after work but she is definitely some super women to run to the pary hosted by Robert another energy bomb in our team who's from Bombay. He is the rich brat of the team but never brags about that with us. He's a bit too arrogant and thinks a little too high of himself but from his heart he's too pure. He begged me to come but I simply made an excuse that I'm having a serious migraine. All of us are almost alike. Starting with Ali whose from Hyderabad, he seems to be too interested in automobiles. He wouldn't even care if the world would end when he's working but he is indeed a fun person if you provoke him. Next comes Dheeraj from Jaipur. He the flirt kind in the entire team. He keeps himself busy with work but when it comes to the recess times. He's always behind Sapna. It's obvious as she looks beautiful with her slim figure and tall structure with all the curves at the right place. I and Sapna are the only girls in the teams which adds another point. Rakesh and Akash both from Ahmedhabad. As they are from the same university, they mostly stick to themselves. They often join us but when they do they won't ahut themselves. Comming to the last and the misterious person, Mani. Hailing from Chennai and the most talented one among us from Raman's point of view. Mani hardly speaks to anyone. He has his own world when he's around us. Although the entire 7k Sq feet floor is given to the eight of us alone. He never feels comfortable with us. I always wonder why. I try to talk to him but Sapna asked me not to waste my time with him. I didn't listen to her obviously. I tried talking to him and he's really sweet whenever I talk to him. I think they all must realize that too. It's been eight months since I started working in Bhatia motors. It is a cozy place to work. Our training went well along with the assignment. I don't know what Raman saw in me to make me the lead when he likes Mani more. He said I'm hardworking and dedicating among the rest. I know it's just too generous of him to think of me that way. He kept appreciating me on my ideas although some sounded crap. I tried to push my full potential for the sake of Raman's trust and by surprise it impressed the board and the Beast ( people call Bhatia, Beast ). He didn't yell on us even once. We didn't let him in actual terms. He comes to the floor at least once in a day to find a reason to yell on us but leaves disappointing. Poor him, but none of us are prone to furious men. Especially him. Sapna has a big crush on him. Everytime he walks into the floor she would blush telling me that it's for her. I don't want to burst her bubble so I never tried to bring her imaginations down. Poor girl, why would he like his employees anyways? He would have many models and rich ladies behind his back, arrogant basted. The ringing of my phone snapped my brain from its thoughts. I rushed to find Geetha on the caller I'D. "Hey beautiful! How's life?" I asked as I answered the call. "I suddenly realized how much I missed you darling." She spoke and I giggled at her choice of words. "Oh really? I thought someone must be strictly be immersed in serving her grandmother?" I asked in my mocking tone. "Or fighting with her uncle." She spoke and I mentally slapped myself for being a reason for her misery. "I'm sorry Geetha, I simply forgot." I tried to reassure her. "How would you know? Don't be sorry for each and everything." She spoke. "Thank you baby. Now tell me everything?" I asked. "Nothing much, he kept coming. Torturing us to come back to his place. Gran pushed him away but she wasn't enough." My heart sank at that moment. I wish I was there for her at that moment. What kind of a friemd am I? "I wish I was there at Bombay for you. I'm sorry that I chose this leaving you there all by yourself. I'm such a selfish person........." "Did you finish your ranting?" She asked stopping me midway. "Yes." I answered embarrassed. "Nothing much happened, don't worry too much. Guna came out of no where." She spoke. "What?" I asked totally puzzled. "He came back from his break, he tried to give me a surprise but I surprised him." She spoke dryly. "That sounds good." I tried to tease her. "He indeed helped me to push my uncle behind the bars, charged for abuse against his niece." I don't think this is a time for humor anymore. "I'll be there by tomorrow, it's a weekend anyways." I tried to convince her. "Brace you self girl, we'll be back to Bangalore by tomorrow just for you." I heard Guna's voice on the phone. "Guna!" I exclaimed. "Yea Akki, it's me." He spoke. "Wow Guna! Someone is more important." I teased. There was an awkward silence on the line. "The phone's on speaker Akki." I think this is the right time. "Oh really? I didn't know that." I teased. There was silence on the line, this time longer. "You little devil, dare you ruin what I plan!" He warned and I couldn't stop my erupting laughter. "As you please." I teased. "Alright, go on teasing me. She's out of earshot anyways." He spoke. "Oh, so your scared of me?" I spoke. "Kind of." He answered. "What are you planing?" I asked getting back to business. "Propose her in the mid of dinner along with you." "That sounds too romantic, don't you think?" I asked trying to sound a little satirical. "What do you think? She would come out on a date with me, if I ask her just like that?" He asked and I hummed in reply. "Right, I get you." I told him. "Do you know that her uncle harrased her?" I asked, unsure if this question is appropriate at this moment. "Yea, I know. I loved her at the beginning but after I came to know about it, the respect on her grew. I can't separate myself from her after I know this." I couldn't stop smiling when I heard him. "I'm happy, she has you Guna." I spoke. "Aren't you happy that I found her?" He asked mockingly. "Alright, happy for both of you." I answered. "I'm sorry." He's totally an i***t. "What for?" I asked him. "You know, for choosing you first but shifting to Geetha later on." Oh god! This boy! "Your stupid to feel sorry for that. I knew that you were just attracted to me and nothing more. What you and Geetha share is nothing compared to what we have." I said and he just hummed. "But still, I've done a mistake." He's hopeless. "If you don't stop, I'll tell Geetha everything." I spoke. "Right, don't crack the pot to her." He warned. "Don't worry, I won't." I assured. "I'm giving her the phone and you promised." I giggled. "What's happening between you both?" Geetha asked a little annoyed. "Nothing we were just talking." ****************************************************************************************************************************************** (Anand's VOC) I didn't expect that a decision I took for a girl will turn out to be this fruitful. She's indeed a girl with rare talents. I hardly spoke a handful of times to her. She is obviously a brilliant lady with bits of clumsyness. She gives presentations on behalf of the Fxz2 team. She presents herself confidently everytime. Her charm worked everytime on me. If it's only me, it wouldn't have bothered me much but it worked on all the investors as well. It's tuff to deviate them from her. Day by day my obsession on her grew. Watching her in her loose T-shirts, faded jeans and convers. Sometimes a pencil would be wound along with her hair or the same pencil playing between her lips thinking about something really serious. All the while I could watch her on the CCTV footage only, never live. I wish I could watch her live. "I'm not sure about your plan Anand." Indhu snapped me from my thoughts. "What are you not sure about?" I asked. "Anand, I wouldn't blame your decision about the team you selected but what I'm not sure is about your plan." She spoke. "Elaborate." I asked. "Anand, it's shear stupidity to stop production of all the remaining cars!" She protested. "We are not stopping the production, we are cutting it down to five percent." I assured. "Five percent production is nearly equal to stopping the entire production genius!" She protested. "Indhu, there's no use in keeping their production at the same level when we have something grand for the market." She hissed at my reply. "Alright, what if it clashes down? Why don't you cut down production after the launch of Fxz2?" She asked and I shook my head. "Indhu, I think there is a need for more production units for Fxz. It's our company's dream car." I answered. "Talking about the production units, are you insane to sign in the six units we have for the sole production for this car?" She asked. "It's worth it Indhu." I assured her. "I don't know, we are taking hasty steps for this. I trust you fully but this is the company our father started in this firm. Mom couldn't watch it drown. This has a lot of memories of dad, Anand. Don't let it drown." She spoke in her calmly. "Don't worry Indhu, I'll never let it happen." I assured her and she smiled. "I know you won't, but it's my sole responsibility to see to it that you remember this." She spoke. "I'll never forget dad, he's my hero." She smiled looking at dad's picture behind my desk. "Mine too." She spoke. "Alright, let's stop getting emotional and let me take you to the team which made our dream come true." This is just another excuse to listen to her talk. "Your looking too anxious, let me not kill it." With that we got up and got into the elevator. I pushed the button to her floor and I waited till it dinged. "We're here." I told Indhu and I lead her. My eyes kept searching for the messy innocent girl and it caught her in the conference room reviewing her reports. She is completely immersed into them. The sight took me off guard. I make some or the other excuse to sneak glances although I can watch her from the CCTV footage. "Good afternoon Miss. Mishtra." I greeted as I opened the door to the conference room. Her eyes shot up and she stood up from her seat in an instant. "Good afternoon sir." She hardly stamers in front of me now a days. I do miss that girl but this confident lady is more breathtaking. "Indhu, meet Miss. Mishtra. Lead to the Fxz2 team." I said and she held her hand which Akshaya accepted. "Nice meeting you Miss. Mishtra." Indhu gave her a wide smile. "I'm Indhumathi Karthikeya." Indhu introduced herself. "Who wouldn't know you ma'am. You an inspiration to all the young business women in the country." Then how did she miss me? Is she a feminist? Oh, that case is worse! "That's nothing much Miss. Mishtra but thank you for the compliment." Indhu spoke. "So, Miss. Mishtra, why don't you assure my sister that this project is going to be the biggest in the market?" Akshaya simply nodded and grabbed her tablet on the table. The next thirty minutes went by Akshaya explaining everything to Indhu, Indhu quietly listened to all the data she is providing. Stopping her in between to ask her queries. I simpley kept staring at her. Her voice, her eyes, her hands when they moved in the air while she kept explaining not to forget her smile. That killer smile which would take my breath away. She's a full package any man can ask for. I'm not asking as I know who would be the devil if she's with me. I can't ruin her innocence by asking her to walk into my life. Staring at her is a billion times more better. After it all ended Indhu had a satisfied look on her face. Akshaya took her to the rest of the team to introduce them. Everyone looked delighted to meet Indhu. Everyone were faking other than her. Why did I find you? What will you do to me? I don't want to fall for you but I'm afraid I will!
