It was past 10 pm now in the evening when I gently tap Herena on my side to wake up. She moaned in defiance and kept her eyes shut still. As much as it guilt me to disturb her silent sanctuary of sleep, I couldn’t help to. Leaving her alone and unconscious here in the house would only put her into greater danger than she will face when she comes with me.
