Alexis’s POV
“Now sit Alexis and hear my story.” I heard Herena demanded as she tugged lightly on my arm to sit me opposite them.
“Okay first. You have to tell me if my presumption was right. Your man will be living with us?” I wanted to verify. For a moment I saw a red blush on her cheeks before she wipes it out in a shaking of head.
“Basically yes,” she replied.
It was indeed past midnight now but then, undoubtedly, I felt alive rather than half asleep as I was earlier with the realization that the Dexigrous bastard was right here… in our living room, in our sofa. And what more, he’s going to live with us under the same roof?!
Just what the heck in the world make this possible?
Good thing the curtains were perfectly drawn down to not reveal out outside through the glassy windows
