Ofelia’s POV I stared at Damien’s email for way too long, the single cold sentence glowing on my phone screen. “Be in my office at 7:00 a.m. sharp. Don’t be late.” I grumbled under my breath, “Impossible man,” and tossed the phone onto the bed. He couldn’t even add a ‘please’ or ‘good night.’ Just orders, like always.
