Ofelia’s POV I woke up the next morning with a new determination burning in my chest. No more feeling sorry for myself. No more hiding in this giant mansion like a lost puppy. I sat at the fancy desk in my room, opened my laptop, and started updating my resume. The words looked small and pathetic on the screen. Bookstore clerk. Part-time cashier.
