LAILA'S POV
After James handed Steve over to Dylan and Theo, Dylan informed the elders that he wanted to have a meeting with them. Of course, they were not eager to meet with us but what choice did they have? Dylan was the king and he could summon them anytime he wanted. However, their reaction to being summoned made me realize that they were more loyal to the queen than to Dylan. This could be a problem for my future plans because they were most likely going to take her side and she may not get the punishment that I knew she deserved for the sins she had committed.
