DYLAN'S POV
The new house was finally ready for us to move to and I was excited about it. To me, this new house signaled a lot more than being independent from my parents. It signaled a new beginning for me and Laila. This was a chance for us to start a family and be a normal human couple like I had promised her we would be. I had made up my mind that I was giving up my wolf side to live with Laila as a human, I knew that my decisions had consequences but I didn’t care anymore. I didn’t want anything to do with my parents and I had no intention of ever contacting them again.
I woke up earlier than Laila so that we could head to the new house and start making preparations for our big move. Theo came with me because there was still a lot that had to be done.
