LAILA'S POV
James had been hunting for the former queen for a few days now and he hadn’t been able to find her. From what he told me, the rogues were scattered all over the city so it wasn’t like they all stayed in one place as a community. He told me that was what made it difficult to find her.
James told me that they did usually travel in groups but the former queen hadn’t been in any of the groups that he knew of. This was when he decided to broaden his search and look amongst the humans. I thought this was a waste of time because Dylan’s mother despised humans and I didn’t think there was any chance for her to be hiding amongst them. However, James thought she would hide there because she knew that no one would expect her to be there and he was right.
He finally found her in a group
