Reagan took a deep breath as he tried to calm his wolf. It was getting difficult remaining calm, especially when things were not going his way. “You promised me a mating pair!” Dr. Noble screamed in his ear. Reagan clenched his jaw, and squeezed the phone in his hand. He heard a cracking sound, and loosened his grip around the device. He took a deep calming breath. Anger swirled inside him looking for way out. “I won’t keep that wolf alive, if you don’t deliver on your part,” he added pissing Reagan off more. The damn doctor was getting in the way of his plan. Reagan asked him to keep Jeremiah alive for him the last time he visited in exchange for the mating pair he so desperately wanted. That had been a year ago. And he was yet to deliver.
