The conversation with George had gotten Brandon a little un easy, he could not shake the feeling that his husband suspect something. He had questioned him too much that it could not be a coincidence, he had been digging Brandon's brain for information. The truth is that Brandon had kept his interactions with his husband to the minimum out of fear of letting something slip up. The less they talked the less he would be suspected. He had headed straight to the study/home office with such familiarity in his steps. He had been in there several times but his husband did not know that. The online articles about Tony James murder and defaming Elvis and Janet Morrison had been typed from that study after all. "George! Your laptop is password protected!" He called out loud sitting down, he knew how to access the said laptop. In fact he had used it several times after equipping a firewall to it. He was starting to get paranoid, he felt that this was a test but the truth was that George had forgotten that the laptop had a password he rarely used it anyway. So in this instance Brandon had overthought, a guilty conscience was a terrible thing. "Sorry I forgot about that," George apologized getting into the study to unlock it for him, " I rarely use this one so I forgot" he further explained making Brandon realize that he had definitely over reacted. "Thank you", he mumbled in embarrassment, then George had left him to his work Brandon was a genius a computers, he knew his way around them since he was ten but only his biological dad had known this secret. Back then when Brandon had shown interest in computers his father had taken him to the internet café after school and on the weekends. His mother had always been too busy working over time to care about her son's little hobbies and Brandon on the other hand had been to sad to tell her about it. Growing up he had never had a bond with his mother, the whole mothers and sons thing did not apply to him. She had always been busy working and when she was home she was too tired to do anything, Brandon had always tried to be understanding even though we all now knew the kind of work she was doing that is if having an affair with the boss was called a job. Brandon had wanted to study IT at the university but Jonathan had made him study Business Administration as some sort of proof to his mother that he loved and cared for him. His mother had been convinced but not him, if the man would not let his biological sons take over the family business what more of him who came with his mistress as baggage? His mother proved to be really materialistic and naive, how easy it was to manipulate her. As he sat there reminiscing about the past a sudden revelation hit him, he was a married man now, he was out of his step father's grasp. This time he could do whatever he wanted, he was a great business man in his last he did have a business  empire so there was no need wasting time studying Business Administration instead he could expand his knowledge on technology'. Brandon had been a bit rusty when he first got to into  the study to make his first post.   Browsing through Country T University's website, Brandon checks out the IT Department's page curious about the requirements for admission. He could apply for that then stall for time and would tell his husband his decision after he got his acceptance let. If it were up to him he would do everything on his own without anyone's consent. Only problem though, he was a poor jobless man he could not afford to pay for his on schooling. The he realized that he had not discussed with George about how his school fees was going to be paid, the thought had not even crossed his mind. Jonathan as stingy as he was had always partly helped him out with school, he probably saw it as future investment. A talent he would eventually use to boost his business but time had gotten tough and he sold said investment for quick cash. A twenty five year old first year university student, it is good that the society was  more open minded these days. Age did not matter in the quest for knowledge at least to Brandon it did not. Quickly filling in his details before he changed his mind he pressed send. It felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, it seems like this had been one of the things Brandon had wanted to fulfill but his life had been cut short before he got the opportunity. Tony had unknowingly fulfilled a dead man's wish. Since he was already in the university website he decided to check in on his soon to be former department. Even though Business Administration was forced on him by his step father he was still a good student, he aced all his classes and felt that it would be such a shame to drop out  with only two semesters left. 'Maybe I could finish up Business Administration as part time student while studying IT full time' Brandon thought to himself. He had dragged his feet to go to school for three years it would be a shame to quit right at finish line. Besides maybe the tricks of trade had changed and he could an opportunity to brush up on his skills. Therefore his signed up for the new semester switching his classes to the weekend before downloading the timetable. Just when he was going  to send it George he recalled that he has switched his classes and still had no explanation why. He locked up the study before going to his room for the night, yes they were married but still slept in different rooms. Ever since Elvis had gotten in trouble his nights were a lot peaceful and things were looking brighter for him. He could not wait to get more proficient at computers and technology he still had a lot more debts to pay.
