“What are you doing here? You are still on vacation right? I told you that you must go to work tomorrow, but not now” she was surprised as I walk straight to her office at this time of the day. It keeps on buzzing me and I can’t take it if I won’t be able to know what happened to us. I am worried about myself and curious. I just can’t imagine myself!
“What happened last night?”
“Oh, so you just went here and go right into my office just to ask that?” she looked at me with a smile on her face, then she stood up from her swivel chair.
“Tell me what happened! W-why am I… Why am I naked?” I got awkward when I asked about that. Damn it!
“Woah woah, you are naked and you can’t remember why huh?”
“If I remember, would I be here in front of you?”
“Well, maybe you just want to see me again *wink*” I was surprised when she started to walk towards me.
“W-why would I want that?!”
“Oh, are you sure you don’t want to? After what you’ve done last night… what we’ve done?”
WHAT THE HECK? WHY IS SHE TALKING NONSENSE?
“What?! W-what do you mean?!”
“Oh come on Thanatos, you enjoyed it. I also enjoyed it. *grin*” My eyes widened up as she said those words. I am having goosebumps right now. Did we… did we really do it? Oh God, I can’t even imagine!
“What are you talking about?!”
“You know what I am talking about. Wait… do you want to do it again? Here? *wink*” what the hell is she doing? She is getting closer and closer to me right now!
“What? Here? I don’t know what you are talking about-- wait, why are you getting close to me?”
“Why? As if we are not this close last night?” damn it! Is she playing with me? How would I know if she is telling the truth?
“I… are you trying to deceive me?! I know nothing happened last night!”
“Oh, really? Then why are you here then?” I tried to move away from her but she suddenly hold both of my arms. It gave me a tingling sensation right now. What is going on?!
“Uhm… hmm… will you just please move away you are too close”
“I am? We are closer than this last night, then you told me that you wanted me to stay close like this” she moved her face even closer to my face! I am caught off-guard right now! I don’t know what to do. I can actually feel her heavy breathing on my face!
“I won’t say that! I am… I am drunk!” I can’t help myself but stutter. Damn this situation.
“Oh boy, you get honest when you are drunk” her hands try tried to caress my arms up to my shoulders. I am not so comfortable with what she is doing to me right now! I mean… I don’t like what she is doing.
“P-please, stop fooling around. What happened? Really?” then I hold both of her hands to stop her from caressing me.
“Well, WE BOTH KNOW what happened. I know you do. Don’t worry, it is our own little secret. *smile*” I don’t like that smile coming out from her. I don’t think that means all good.
“I don’t know okay? I can’t remember… after I… I laid myself on my own puke last night, I… I don’t remember what happened next. I woke up without any clothes and my room is a mess. I really don’t have any idea!”
“Okay. It is my own secret then” I was relieved when she moved away from me and started to walk towards her table.
“No, please I have to know”
“Why? Why do you have to?”
“I… I just have to. Please” I tried to hold her hand, but I take it away immediately. I don’t know what I am feeling right now. As much as possible I don’t want to see her anymore nor touch her. But I want to know what really happened after I passed out last night. So I should know what I should be fixing. I might have done or said crazy things and I can’t just let that go.
“No, I won’t tell you. You have your secret, then I have mine too. Now, take a rest Thanatos, and get out of my office now” she turned around and face me for a second but then, she continued walking back to her chair. After that, she sat down.
“No! I won’t go out unless you tell me everything!”
“Woah, I think you stole my line? *smile* I will steal your line too. I won’t be telling you anything” I don’t like her smiling like that! It irritates me. It feels like her smile is a sign that she won last night.
“Makaria please…” I walked towards her table and face her. But I can’t stand to look at her eyes any longer. I am being ashamed… for the things that I remember.

“It is Ma’am Antoinette, darling” She touched one of my hands on her table, but I immediately took it away.
“I need to know”
“No, you don’t. Eve, can you please take Thanatos out of my office? NOW!” I just saw her press some button on the telephone next to her to speak to Eve outside.
“NO! I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE TELL ME! PLEASE” I tried to convince her to tell me everything but she didn’t. The last thing I knew is that I have been taken away by Eve and a guard.
“Bye… take a good rest Thanatos!”

MAKARIA’S POV
That dumb. I can’t help myself but laugh inside. He really has no idea of what happened and I am enjoying the view of him being very confused. I can also use it for him as bait.
Please… can we stay like this for a moment?

I shouldn’t be remembering that. I look pathetic. I am not moved by that. Truly not. What happened last night is just… another… event that… is not so much of a big deal. That’s it.
I am trying to avoid these feelings of mine… but when you are close to me, I can’t help myself.
DAMN! PLEASE BRAIN STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED! HE IS DRUNK.

“Damn it, I said stop!!!” Oops, I said it out loud. That should be on my mind only.
“Ma’am? Are you alright? Should I stop checking your schedule right now? Would you like to take a rest?” I looked at her and she seemed shocked and confused about what I did.
“No, I am fine Eve”
“Are you sure, Ma’am?”
“Of course. Why wouldn’t I be fine?” I raised my eyebrows as I looked at her seriously.
“Because… when Thanatos went here earlier… seems like you started to think a lot of things and you are somehow spaced out?”
WHAT DOES SHE MEAN BY THAT?
I immediately stood up in front of her as I frown.
“Me?! Spaced out? Do you still want to work here in my company or should I fire you right away?”
“I am sorry, Ma’am. Never mind what I said. It is nonsense”
“Yes, it is. Now continue checking” I sat again and tried to calm myself down. What the hell. Does she think we are close? NO NO.
“Oh, okay Ma’am. I am sorry again”
I just nod as an answer before I turned around my chair against her.
This b***h, she doesn’t know anything. Why would I be spaced out huh? As if I keep on thinking about that janitor. Well, yes maybe I am thinking of him because I want to form a lot of new strategies to make him suffer and tell me his secret. That’s all.
I just want to know more about him not because I am interested, I am just curious and we’re talking about my life here! Once he told me that he wanted to protect me…
I know it is nonsense but I guess he won’t be telling me that without any legit reason.
I want to know who or what am I needed to be protected against.
