"Leon?"I asked,confused by Calvin's sudden mention of him.How had Leon Robinson gotten dragged into this conversation?
I shot Calvin an angry look, my voice turning cold. "I haven't seen him since we married."
The look in Calvin's eyes grew darker, something dangerous flashing across them. I could see him thinking, comparing my words against whatever "facts" he thought he knew. Our stories clearly didn't match.
Someone was lying.
"Is that why you came without warning? To question me about something from years ago?" I finally understood his real reason for being here. After the shock of seeing him and hearing about his affair had thrown me off, my mind was clear now.
