GENESIS
I skipped over to the kitchen with a smile on my face. I could not stop smiling, no matter how much I tried to. He was really changing, we were really changing. He was keeping to his words and doing so much more than I thought that he would ever do. I had all right to smile, or have my cheeks heated up. But even as I had all the happy and butterfly feelings running from my head down to my toes, I also had to be cautious of the way my heart fluttered for him, the way I wanted to take a closer look at him, the comfort I felt at his scent and how easily I wanted to relax into him whenever he held me. I had to be very careful of that more than anything else, because I already knew that his heart belonged to someone else.
