“Hmm hmmm,” Someone cleared her throat and I jerked away from Jordan’s arm. Turning around, I found that Margaret was grinning from ear to ear and she had this look on her face.
“Will you still have dinner?” she asked us and Jordan turned to me.
“Yes, we will,” he responded and I smiled. Margaret smiled as well and turned away from us while Jordan grinned at me. Then he took my hand and turned to the stairs, pulling me along with him. My heart leaped for a reason when I found that he was taking me to the right wing. We walked back to his room hand in hand with a grin on our face. The moment I stepped into the room, a cold feeling washed all over me, hitting my skin hard. The scent of his room filled my nostrils and I took a deep breath as I took it all in.
