“No, don’t,” I turned to her, then back to the drawing. Maybe, it was good. A reminder to never be that way again. I needed it to burn into my mind. To remind me that I needed hope, life and light. I stared at it for a while, refusing to believe that she was the one who did such a beautiful work. But again, she was the only one standing there with paint in her hands and the only one who could easily come to the studio. When I was finally able to pull my gaze away from the drawing, I turned to her and found that she was back to what she was doing before. I watched her move her brush, watched her make different expressions on her beautiful face and most of all, she concentrated on what she was doing.
