Caleb - The hope
I was about to sign another document, when I felt a sudden pain in my knees and my hands. Then in a minute my stomach hurt. That was weird as I did nothing. Next to the pain, for a few seconds I felt some kind of unease and fear. I breathed heavily. I tried to call Noah, but there wasn't any answer. I thought maybe it was him. Maybe he just gives me signs he is here. Or what would be perfect if he woke up finally.
I sighed. Everything would be much easier if I could discuss this whole thing with him. He'd see everything clearly, and he could give me advice on how to go on.
I heard a knock on the door. It was my other gamma, Max. I was mind linked to him to come in. He pushed the door open.
"Alpha, you received a letter from Forest Pack."
