Wayne Farmer, the Vampire Lord could not believe how bereft he felt as soon as Alexa and the pups left for their home. He knew he knew he cared for Alexa, deeply but had not actually expected to feel this lonely. Not when he would be travelling to meet them in a couple of days. Why then did it seem like he was never going to see them again? If only she would accept to be his bride, then his search would be over....
He recalled the discussion he had with the doctor a few days after he found them.
'This type of Amnesia is mainly brought on by a traumatic experience. Did you experience something traumatic lately?'
She did not know how to answer the question. It was Wayne who had answered the question for her.
'Giving birth and to twins can be counted as traumatic, can't it?' he asked.
