Rage - 3 years later
It had been over a year, and I hadn't given my mate what she needed. From the first time she told me that she wanted to know more about her past, I had started my investigation, but then her pregnancy went through some complications, and I got distracted. But now that our pup was here, healthy and growing like a weed, I needed to keep my promise.
"I don't think this trip was a good idea," Claw complained, "and could you at least tell me where are we going?"
"I told you, it's a surprise, and one I think you will like," at least I hoped she did. Caroline and Xander were traveling with us, this was as much for Caroline as it was for Claw.
"Are we there yet?" Caroline asked from the backseat.
"Almost there," I said, glad that our trip was almost over.
