THE ICE PRINCESS

CHAPTER 3

Chapter 3:

Polaris couldn't believe what she found out, she kept quiet and ignored them. She didn't even bother talking to them and fell asleep.

Michael sighed and looked down at her cousin's direction. He didn't think that Polaris parents didn't really tell her what E. Academy school was like.

"Michael, are you really her cousin?" Heather asked him. He nods, "Yes she is really our cousin, the only Princess of our clan." He said while looking at her cousin.

Heather nodded and started to take her sleep. They are all sleepy, but because of the girl they only knew a few hours ago they can't sleep.

A few hours later, when the train stop, Michael wake up Polaris.

"What?" She asked coldly to the man waking her up.

"We're here." Michael said with a shaky voice. He's nervous because of Polaris cold voice, even Rayan hide behind Rex, because he knew her big sis was in a bad mood because someone wake her up.

"Then?" She ask seriously.

"Then, uhm—Tsk! Then we need to go out here or we will be late." Rex said coldly, interrupting to their conversation.

Polaris looked at them and stood up.

"K." Heather was a little bit pissed because the girl was rude to talk to their leader.

Polaris is not a typical nice girl, her personality is different. She's rude and a bitch. "Wait there flame boy, you'll carry my luggage." She said and immediately gave Rexor her suitcases.

""What the – hahahahahaha!" They all laugh at their leader. Except Heather, who’s in shock because for the first time someone commanded their leader.

Polaris immediately went off the train leaving her suitcase to them. Rex doesn’t like the way that the girl command him. He left the girl’s suitcase and didn’t bother to bring them. Michael and the others just shake their heads and grab Polaris suitcases. He knows what her cousin will do to them if they her things.

"Where is that cousin of yours Michael?" Rexor asked blankly. They were already out of the train and didn't know where Polaris went. "I'm here, do you have a problem with me?" She asked.

Rex just looked at her and immediately went for a walk. "What is the problem of that best friend of yours?" She asked her cousins.

A few minutes later they finally reached their destination. The E. Academy castle!

"Whoa! Is this the school?" Polaris asked looking out the window of their carriage.

"Yup, this is it!" Heather replied and she was also looking outside. She previously thought that they wouldn't make on time of their arrival just because she thought Polaris is a little bit crazy.

They hardly take Polaris to be inside of the carriage, and they need to use force before they could carry her because she was afraid of the creature that would pull them.

Polaris didn't think she would ever see a creature like that. A big bird creature! Because in her normal world she only sees horse who pulls the carts.

When they entered the school, Polaris and Michael went to the headmaster office. The head of the school must need to talk to her first for some questions.

"Do you know about your charm?"  The headmaster asked.

"Except for the charm of my beauty, I have no idea. If you are referring to the magic tricks presented to me then I don't know if I have it to."

The headmaster smiled awkwardly because of her answer. "What do you think of our school?"

"This school is like an imaginarium to me because of what I see." The headmaster laughed at her response.

"Imaginarium? Why?"

She raise her eyebrow before she answered. "Duh!! Because of the creatures I see here, because they cannot be called mere imaginations! And take note of this old hag, I only see those on movies!"

"But to see is to believe my dear and I assure you this school is not an imaginarium, because all you will going to see here is true." He said with a serious tone.

The headmaster just ignored what Polaris had called him. He couldn't believe that the girl didn't know her magical charm.

After the talk he already give all her requirements and equipment such as dorm keys, schedules, and uniforms, even her class card and platinum card. Summer was also accompanied by one of the elf house maid to accompany her to the Aquamarine dorm.

Polaris was about to scream at the elf house but she just rolled her eyes. "It will be overacting for a goddess like me if I scream!" She whispered.

POLARIS

While walking, I couldn't help but to be amaze on everything that I see, glittering decorations, and magical objects.

And there are glowing butterflies too! Believe it or not this school is fantastical!

I saw some student riding a unicorn! My mouth hang when I saw it! I even see dragons flying around the castle—I mean academy!

This is real! This is real! I’m not dreaming!

"We're here Miss." I looked at the dwarfism next to me and the door we stopped at. "Okay, thank. You can go now before I want to kick you." I don't mean it, but it’s just that this creature is cute! Can I kick it at least once? Nobody will notice just in case.

I noticed her swallowing and was already paled because I think he or she heard what I had whispered earlier. "What?!" I questioned it, but it immediately ran out of my sight.

I ignored that creature and immediately flip my beautiful hair, before knocking on the door. I have a key and can enter immediately but in this world, I need to be careful because one wrong move I could die!

The old hag Headmaster previously said that I have dorm mates, so that also explains why I need to knock. But before I could hold the door, it open immediately.

"Ahmm..." She couldn't keep up with what she was going to tell me, I didn't blink or move so she stared at me. But because I'm already tired in standing, I've give her the letter that the Headmaster have given to me, yet she still looking at me before she take the letter and read it. I saw her eyes widen and looked at me then the letter then me again.

"Oh Emm Geee!" I covered my ears because of her scream. She's scream like there is no tomorrow, it’s like she swallowed a Megaphone. After this screaming lady, someone also appeared covering her ears too.

"You’re so noisy Luciana! What are you shouting at?!" She asked the girl who was screaming and didn't seem to notice me.

The megaphone lady just stared at me not minding the other girl who ask her. The new girl gaze at my direction and stared at me too.

"Where did you order this doll Luci? It’s nice, it looks real!" I got annoyed because of what she said. "Excuse me but I'm not a doll. I'm not fake or plastic."

The girl's eyes immediately widened and doesn’t believe is written in her face. "You're not a doll?"

"No. Is there a talking doll?"

"Well, not yet but, where in a world of magical so that's not possible."

"But I'm not a doll, my name is Polaris Autumn Park, half beautiful and half-goddess." The two fake a smile and let me inside.

"I'm Rosa Ava Asakura by the way and I'm a garden fairy and this is Luciana Kei Tanaka a key fairy." I raised my eyebrows at what she said. I looked at her from head to foot. "Turn around," I told her and she obeyed.

"If you’re a fairy where's your wings?" I'm just wondering because, in the movies fairies do have wings.

"Our wings will come out if we wanted to or if we’re in a fairy form."

"Really?"

She nodded, so I didn't ask any further. "Are you our new dorm mate?" She looks stupid. She's smiling like a lunatic. "Isn't it obvious?" I replied to her and sit down on their sofa.

I scan the place, 3 rooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. It is complete and clean.

"Are you also knew here in the academy?" The female megaphone asked.

""Yes." I was very frugal in giving answered because it’s only a yes or no for her questions.

"What charm ability do you have?" Charm again? Why is that always being asked of me?

"None." I don't have a charm and I don't know if I have, so for now it’s none.

"How did you get in here if you didn't have a charm?" Ask by this MP girl short for Megaphone.

"I took the train, went to Flowerie Village then fell asleep, after that my cousin woke me up and boom! I was already here in E.A." how do I know about the flowerie village? Michael told me everything about our trip. Well he always do that, because every time we travel I’m asleep.

"Pfft! You're such a joker Polaris! Hahahaha!" I didn't know that joke was true today. As I watch them laugh I notice something.

"Hey. What's that?" I point Rosa’s hair. She has a flower band in her head, but I've never seen that flower band a while ago.

"Oh that! That's a flower band."

"I know but that's not what I meant." I annoyingly said to Luciana. What does it mean, I don't know what a flower band is?

I pinched the bridge of my nose, this girl is pissing me off. “That flower band come out every time Rosa is happy or over emotion." She said, and explain to me the why's and how's of those flower band.

I'm already tired and want to go to sleep but, this two still in the mood of storytelling. I think the white door upstairs will be my room.

"Where's my room?" I asked them. I'm really tired and want to go to bed already!

"White door, the one in the middle." They answered in unison. I nod to both of them and went to my room.

While walking at the stair, I’m thinking about those two girls. The one who grows a garden on the head is a fairy. As for the noisy megaphone girl, I’m not yet sure if she is also a fairy or a lunatic creature.

I immediately opened the door to my bedroom and have a sigh. My goodness! My beautiful hair! The happenings today is surreal!

While I was in the room the climate changed immediately. It’s cold in here, maybe the air-condition is in full. On my first step, the wallpaper change!

The wall turns to blue, then there are some snow and snowflakes falling from it. I was in an awe because of my beautiful wall paper! I will tell to mom and dad I want a 3d wallpaper like this in my room!

At the end of the wallpaper were cherry blossoms and I couldn't believe it was falling from its tree! Amazing! But if I will be the one to choose, I'd rather have a water theme here, that would make me more attractive. I'm like underwater goddess.

When I saw the bed and its size, I smiled, it fits for a queen like me. Queen size bed! They really prepared for my arrival.

A lay at once and going to sleep. I was tired today and while I’m in the bed, I think of everything that was happened. Magic’s do exist and there are people who really possessed it!

I don't believe in magic’s but now, I don't know anymore. Magic’s, powers and supernatural are the things I didn't believe. But in just a day, everything change.

To see is to believe is real. I bet my charm will be beautiful and it will suit me. Being a beautiful goddess, my power should be also fit to me!
