CHAPTER 6:
POLARIS
It's been an hour since I came back here in the academy. It’s been an hour since I’m here in the dorm and looking for this circle shape thing that Froze gave me. i thought I was in his place for just a minute but when I came back its already dark, its evening already!
He also said that this thing is a welcoming gift. And I don’t know what this is. I want to asked the two encyclopedia fairies but I don’t know where they are because they still not in our dorm when I came back.
I stretched my hips and hands, it’s almost 7 o'clock in the evening. Tsk. I can't stand it anymore, I’m really hungry!
"My beauty is really something, everybody falls in-love with it!" I said to myself. I saw a girl, glaring at me.
"What are you looking at? Just make yourself envy my beauty." I whisper to her.
I heard her cuss but she can't hurt me. My cousins always on my back.
"Polaris!" Some creature called me.
I looked at the cafeteria and see Rosa waving at me. They're still here? Are they pigs? I saw some girls talking to them maybe they are their friends.
"1 cheese burger, 1 fries, 2 slice of Hawaiian pizza, 1 blueberry cheesecake, 1 strawberry shake and water." I know it’s too many for a sexy like me to eat this, but food is life.
I will eat whatever I want to eat.
"Do you have a problem?" I ask to the server. She's just looking at me with her mouth open. "Hey! My order, I'm hungry!" I snap at her, she's too lazy to her job.
A few minutes later…
"Whoa! You order a lot!" Luciana exclaimed and she's looking my foods like it’s her first time to see this kind of foods. "Just put them in our table boys. Thanks for the help." I smiled to the two boys who help to carry my trays. I saw their eyes turn to heart shape. I smiled widely, so fetch! They adore me!
I was going to sit when I saw Luciana slowly grabbing a piece of my food.
I slap her hand and she pulled it immediately.
"Ouch! Why did you do that?!"
"Don't steal my food!" I said while glaring at her.
No one steals my foods! It’s mine only mine! I don't share!
In my peripheral vision I saw Rosa laughing like there is no tomorrow. She looks like a lunatic, same as froze.
“You have plenty of food!”
"Don't lay a finger to my foods or you'll be dead!" I warned her. "That's a warning!"
“Just a bite of your fries!”
"You can mess up with me but, don't you dare steal my foods or you will see hell itself! I am a demon to all, a hell girl, the daughter of hades, so better watch out!" They paled and I saw a sweat going down on their face.
"B-But you have a lots of food! Can't you share with us?" I sneered on what Luciana said.
"Why should I share you my foods? You have karats, you can buy yours."
Karats is the name of their money. I heard Rosa again bursting into laughter, she's really a lunatic.
I was in the peak of eating my last food when I heard some girls gossiping around.
"This is the night that we are waiting for!" Said by the slutty looking girl.
"The blue moon will rise!"
"Yeah! Right! And we'll going to see the Supremes again!"
"Yaassss! Supremes are so lit! I want to see the majesty prince!”
I was nearly choke when I heard their screams. My poor ear!
"What are they talking about? What about the moon?" I asked to the two. They are like a walking encyclopedia, and I bet there are no secrets will be hidden to this two.
"Oh! The Blue Moon!" They said in unison.
Why do they need to duet?
"The Blue Moon, is the moon who will determine our destiny, newbie." A random girl said that to me.
I looked at her cause I thought she's just passing by our table but the worse is…she sits beside me!
"How can the moon determine your destiny? Can the moon speaks to you? Can the moon command what will you going to do? Pathetic." I earned a deadly glare to her.
Who cares about her glare! She’s still ugly.
"You're a newbie, so don't know anything!" I make face at her.
"Whatever birdbrain! As you said I’m a newbie so I don't know anything, but who invites you here to talk and who give you permission to sit beside me?" I disgustedly said to this extra girl.
She did not talk back again when I looked at her badly. "Get out of our sight eyesore!"
"Way to go girl!" the two cheer when that obsessed girl walk away.
"Shut up and tell me about the moon."
Luciana took a deep breath before she starts. "18 years ago a war has been held here in elementia, many elemental died because of that battle. The First Guardians give up their life just to protect our world from the evilness of Darkiya. And in the middle of the fights, the blue moon arise. That was the time when the children of the guardians was born.
Because of the on-going war the new born guardians need to be in a safe place, so the elders decided to hide them and in time when the right time comes they will be back here and finish the chaos." She explained seriously.
That moon get my interest. "I want to see that moon."

Before they go to see the moon, Rosa drag the two in the library.
"What are we doing here?" Polaris asked while looking around the library.
She thought that at night the library was no longer open. Because in the world of mortals no one goes to the library at night.
Polaris was amaze in every shelf they passing by, because some books are singing, some are flying and some are roaming around.
"Here. Come here, I want you to know something." Rosa whispered.
"Are you sure about this?" Asked by Luciana who's biting her nails because she is nervous on what they are doing.
"Is it okay to go there?" Polaris also asked. Because in this area there a big board that says 'Restricted Archive'
"Yeah, Yeah. It’s alright just don't be caught and keep quite." She told them.
"Come on! There's no time" oh well, it’s her fault if we get caught said by Polaris mind.
Rosa took an old book and laid in front of them.
"Look at this." Rosa said.
Polaris and Luciana look at what their friend said. The book glow and the letters starts to come out. They're jaw dropped in an awe because of what they witness.
"Book of Legends! Rosa put that book back and let’s get out of here!" Luciana nervously said.
‘What’s with that book?’ Polaris thinking.
"Shut up! It’s not for you, it’s for Polaris knowledge." Rosa said with an irritating voice to her friend
"This is the book of legends, the history of all. Here in this book you can know everything. Here read this."
"Guardians, this are the persons that destiny picked, they will serve as the protectors of the elemental world.
Blue moon, the symbol of the guardians. And the sign for the guardian collector, the one they choose to find all the chosen protectors.
The moon choose a warrior who only born for a thousands of years, it's gives so much power to the ones it chosen. In every guardian there will be a god who will guide them and as a gift they will give a magical egg to their bearer and it will become their ancient animal." Luciana stop for a while to catch some air.
Polaris creased her forehead because of what she heard. She feel nervous because of what the book says even though she doesn’t know anything about it.
"The magical egg will be hatched by the ray of the blue moon and become a mighty partner. If the egg will not get a light from the moon on the night it rises the egg will die together with the owner."
"What?!" Polaris shout. "The o-owner w-will die?!" Shock was written on her face.
"Yes. They die if their magic egg—." Rosa didn’t finish what she's talking about because Polaris is already gone.
She run as fast as she could. "That dumb Froze didn't tell me about that egg!" She couldn’t believe that her charm god didn’t say anything to her.
'If I only had a teleportation ability like Michael, I bet I’m already their!’
Polaris hurriedly open their door and go straight to her room. Her face paled when she sees the egg!
"Thank goodness that I left that thing in the window with the curtain open!!"
