She simply couldn’t bear to look into Ryder’s eyes and face the idea of not being enough for her own mate. Eden’s heart was broken. She ran for one hour until she exited the New Moon Pack territory .
It is said that facing the truth, that truth that is hidden deep inside your own soul is the most difficult thing to deal with. She cried all the way long. What she felt hurt too much. Way too much.
At the beginning was Mark Sanders who broke her heart, but that was just for a second but now she realized that this is something more. The grief she was confronting right now was so hard to deal with, like she just died again.
It was nice as long as it lasted and she was furious for letting her guard down in front of Ryder. Or maybe…maybe she would have fought for him…
