I just sit in our living room , back to our packhouse and I can’t even articulate a single word. I have been in this state since yesterday. Is this a dream?
“How can it be a dream?” Slade asks me.
“It’s a nightmare!” she says and I can see that she is even more scared than I am.
“This is all your fault, Eden. You and your need to prove yourself in front of everyone!”
