I drummed my nails on the desk. I was a little annoyed but understanding too. I got it. He found someone that completed him, but he was one of our best.
“What’s the matter?” Tiffany asked. Megan and April both looked up from where they were sitting, cleaning their weapons.
April was a pleasant surprise. After Lyla visited with the twins, she’s really upped her training and is now our best sniper. She and Megan have become best friends. Megan was now her second in the sniper training, since Megan was one of her top students.
“Finn wants to retire. He’s found someone he wants to live the rest of his days with.”
